Slow Food Travel si propone di far scoprire mete meno celebrate o far conoscere gli aspetti meno noti dei territori più frequentati. Si propone di essere di ulteriore supporto alla rete locale di produttori di cibo, vino e altre bevande, agricoltori e artigiani, osti, ristoratori che da sempre sono oggetto delle attenzioni e dell’interesse di Slow Food. E di tutti quelli che attorno a queste persone e alle loro attività gravitano, in una fitta e ricchissima rete di relazioni che sono esse stesse una grande scoperta per chi viaggia.		 ENGLISH 
Slow Food Travel’s aim is to help you discover less celebrated destinations or little known aspects of the most visited areas. It aims to offer additional support to the local network of food producers, producers of wine and other drinks, farmers, artisans, hosts and restaurateurs who have always been important to Slow Food and to everybody who gravitate around these people and their businesses, in a tight and rich network of relationships which are themselves a discovery for the traveller.
